We have seen our coverage go from good LTE coverage to unacceptable 4G coverage and dropped calls.
Has anyone seen this happening in zip code 93311?

Download the Mark The Spot app to see if there’s network issue in your area and to self report what your describing to AT&T (this is a customer forum). You can also get a new sim form your local store and check coverage at att.com/coverage
If they’re iPhones, network reset is easy - Settings > General > reset (at bottom) > reset network Settings.
