LTE equals no service

I am in a populated area of Colorado Springs and have consistent issues with losing 5G service and it going to LTE.  When this happens, I cannot send or receive SMS/MMS messages, I cannot use any apps that require internet, and on the browser it says no internet connection.   I have tried everything from going to airplane mode and back, restarting the device, removing the sim during restart etc and nothing seems to solve this issue.  Service seems to be getting worse not better.

We are here to help with your service concerns, @gokey80.

We do understand how important it is to be able to have reliable service in your area.

5G coverage may vary, and it is not available everywhere. When this happens, you will connect to the next available network.

Thank you for letting us know what troubleshooting steps you have tried as all of those are a good start. We also took a closer look at the coverage in Colorado Springs, and it looks like there are a few towers that are down at the moment. This can result in poor coverage in the area.

There are 3 towers that are estimated to be restored today 11/29/22 late this afternoon.

In the meantime, please connect to Wi-Fi Calling to help stay connected. Once towers are restored, you can try powering off your device to help refresh your connection.

You may also use our Wireless Support tool for step-by-step troubleshooting help. Sign in for personalized help.

We hope this information helps. We are here if you have any other concerns.

Well it's been several days now and the service isn't better.  This has been going on for a long time.   Also why are my apps and sites not loading on LTE and the calls are always cutting out.  I can't use wifi when I'm out driving around
