Lots of dropped calls,!!

So I’ve been with att for many years.  Up until recently I’ve had no problems or complaints.  I am actually getting a landline installed in my home for emergencies because my cell service is so unreliable.  I’ve called, all my friends have called because we just knew there was a problem with towers or what ever but have been told there is no problem!  YES THERE IS!!  If every other call is dropped and we are calling back and trying to connect again and again...there is a problem.   I just want someone to check this out.   THERE IS A PROBLEM!  I’m tired of going out to the yard to make or receive a call.

Thank you for the post.

We dont want you in the yard searching for a wireless signal. Have you been reporting problems as they happen with the AT&T Mark the Spot app?

Use Wi-Fi Calling to talk and text over an active Wi-Fi connection. Wi-Fi Calling lets you talk and text from indoor locations where it’s hard even for a strong cellular signal to reach.
