link to "get started" in order to setup wireless in smart home manager does not work

the link to actually click and"get started" to set up wireless in the smart home manager does not work. other links (for example, to HBO Max) on the page work, but you are unable to click in to the "get started" link so I am stuck and can't move forward. Tried on two different mobile devices and I'm unable to access it from computer

We found no service outage with the app, please delete and reinstall the SmartHome Manager app again, see if that will help fix the issue. 

 

Please reply to this thread if you continue experiencing the issue after reinstalling the app.
