Line drops when selecting prompts after initial call

There are two numbers I'm trying to call to a business. Both numbers put me in a recorded queue with options to proceed to get connected to that department. Each time I press that option (1,2,3,0), the line automatically drops. It is only with these two numbers. Other businesses that I call, the prompts work fine. I asked the companies if they are experiencing any problems and they said they never have had any issues, so it is definitely on my end. When I had the AT&T rep called the number, they had no problem with the prompts and getting through to that department.

Can anybody determine if this sounds like an AT&T network problem or with my phone and how to resolve?
