Kingwood, TX no signal for over a week!

Its been over a week that signal is not going through.  How can a whole neighborhood be without service for this long?  Every subscriber that calls in gets a different answer.  I need to work remotely but i'm not able to work from home because of the signal in Kingwood.  I need my phone for work and most calls get either dropped or dont come through at all.

My family has had shotty service since 11/13.  Each time I call, chat, or check online there is ALWAYS a different date.  One operator went as far as telling me that they were working hard to get the service going that the hurricane messed up.  NEWSFLASH the hurricane was about 2-3 months ago and the service was working fine throughout the storm and after.  This just started a few weeks ago.  We are paying way too much for terrible service.
