Japan no service

I live I japan, I have iPhone 5S and I use the international plan.  


For the past few weeks my phone (and all of my colleagues phones) have been in loop of changing from docomo service with full bars to KDDI which has 0 bars and then finally no service.  This loop happens everywhere I go all day long.


My colleagues use iPhone 6S and they are having the same issue.

Unfortunately, there isn’t anything ATT can do about that since ATT does not provide service. Your phones are probably set to automatically select a carrier. If you go to settings, you maybe able to manually select the carrier. You can then manually select docomo which should alleviate your problem. If you are not able to do that, that is something ATT can do for you, change your account to allow you to select the carrier.
