IPv6 large packet problem on 5GE

How can I report this potential infrastructure issue? San Francisco Bay Area.

I run an IPv6 test suite at test-ipv6.com and it finds the following error. Does anyone else have it? I'm hoping if we can show multiple people having it maybe we can get it addressed.
