iOS Mark the Spot App??

The AT&T Mark the Spot app for iOS is gone from the App Store. About 5 or 6 weeks ago I noticed that the app would crash on opening. Thinking that I might fix the problem if I deleted the app and reinstalled it, after deleting I discovered that the app is gone. AT&T’s coverage reliability has been steadily decreasing in SoCal for a while. It’s now as bad as it’s ever been and I’m on an iPhone 12 Pro. The app was the only way to help AT&T know where the dead spots are, even if they couldn’t do much to fix them. What gives???

Considering how bad their coverage has become, I guess that doesn’t surprise me. If you don’t allow people to complain, you can honestly report that you have no complaints!

I seriously doubt that app was ever anything more than a placebo.

What is a simple way to report bad network connections now that the app is gone?
