International hotspot 15Gig data cap limit
I'm traveling internationally, and ATT's data has been a lifesaver for work. The Global Day Pass gave me a 15G cap (my home plan is "unlimited").
How can I get more unthrottled data? After 20 minutes on the phone with customer support, I was disconnected, and the ATT website doesn't have anything offering this.
I don't mind paying for it; I just need to get it (or end my trip earlier than intended).

The international day pass simply lets you use your domestic plan data while roaming. If your plan has a 15GB hotspot cap, the only way to get more hotspot data is to change to a different plan with more hotspot. There is no option to buy more hotspot. The only plan with more hotspot is Unlimited Elite with 30GB of hotspot per line. Another option is to buy the international passport plan and turn on off the day pass. It gives you a specific amount of data and you can use it all on hotspot. Passport is rather pricey, though. $70 for 2GB or $140 for 6GB. Both charge $30 per GB for overages.
