Intermittent poor call quality.

In Seattle with iPhone SE 2.0 and some calls are intermittently horrible- cutting out ~40% of words. Then most calls are perfect. Same location. Same people.

Thanks for letting us know those details in regards to your poor call quality. We'd like to ask some questions to better assist you.

  • Have you tried Wi-Fi calling? It allows you to talk and text using Wi-Fi in the U.S.
  • Are you aware of Mark the Spot App? It allows you to report dropped calls, network connection etc.
  • The device you have is it a AT&T branded phone or from a third-party?
