How can I use my ATT Prepaid connection for text and call in INDIA?

I have an ATT prepaid connection, which I was using in the USA, but i'm not sure how to make it roam in INDIA. I want to use my ATT prepaid connection to talk and text in INDIA. Can I some one please guide me by providing with various options.
