How can I get out of my contract?
How can I get out of my contract without paying fees? I have chatted, called, and email but still have no service 90 percent of the time. I always get disconnected from them. The people are starting to become rude. I just want what I pay for and they don't seem to care. Please help.

You have no fees to get out of. Your only agreement is to pay to pay for the phone. (That is not a “fee”)
All carriers eliminated service contracts in favor of no contract service and installments on phones.
You signed a retail purchase agreement on the phone. Similar to a no interest loan. You had 14 days to return the phone if service was no good. After 14 days you have to finish paying for the phone. It’s yours. You can sell it to pay off what you owe and go to another carrier.

You are probably not on a contract. ATT ended service contracts over two years ago. There are no fees to leave. If you are paying for a phone, you will have to finish paying what you owe. If you want to keep using your phone, best to get it unlocked before you leave. Also, your final month of service is not prorated. If you leave, try to do it near the end of your billing month.

I don’t agree with Att contracts my 12 was payed for and got a 13 know they want 900 to pay for it that is a joke. The have senior calling in Florida but the don’t have it any ware else Verizon T moble have 35 per phone and with ATT it’s 65 a person that a big difference.so all us seniors need good deal and not to be taken advantage of

@Glenlee15 You responded to a 5 year old thread. There are no service contracts anymore. ATT has been no contract for years, even before this 5 year old thread. I have no idea what you are complaining about but the cost of an iPhone 13 has nothing to do with any contract. Apple sets the price for iPhones, if you think it’s a joke, complain to Apple.
