How can I get help with poor network coverage at my work location?

The network coverage is very poor at my work location. I am missing calls. Does AT&T provide any help with these types of issues? If so, how do I go about getting help?

AT&T can't just increase signal strength and/or signal propagation for specific areas or customers. Nor can they increase the radio reliability in your phone. It is what it is. The FCC controls what a carrier can and can not do.

You can use WiFi-C (WiFi Calling) if your work IT will permit that. You can purchase the AT&T Cell Booster (which is a femtocell not a cellular booster) if your work IT will allow it. Or you can install a true signal booster if your work will allow it. Other than that you can try a different carrier to see if they offer better coverage at your work location.
