Hotspot Issue

My mobile hotspot is not working. It allows devices to connect but it's not giving out any internet.. Ive already tried restarting my phone, turing the data on and off same with hotspot and I reset my network settings.

@ATTHelp my plan is the unlimited elite (sm) plan. I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 plus and a Samsung galaxy S10 plus. I know I haven't used up my data or hotspot because it says we've used together 86.4 GB

86.4 GB of data use on the phone isn't the same as the hotspot use on each phone.

The limit of your hotspot on each device is 30 gigs. How much hotspot on each phone have you consumed?

I know that and I also know I haven't used up my hotspot. I'll just call customer service to get help.
