Why am I receiving very little cell service in town in zip code 77802? This has gone on for several days.

We have terrible cell service at our home. One bar if we are lucky. With what I pay a month for 2 phones, 2 iPads, 2 direct TV accounts and one u verse, can I get a free m-cell booster? Thanks. Sue
