Gated Community Call Box No longer calls my cell
So we have a call box out front where you locate the residents name and then dial them to get the front gate opened.
it has worked perfectly up until last month when we noticed it stopped dialing in. I have called att and they said they turned on WAP PUSH but still nothing.
Tried contacting the gate builder/directory box manufacturer and they said it is a carrier issue.
I am using iphone X 15.5
not sure what happened after last month that made my phone unreachable.

First, let's try a few troubleshooting steps to make sure that your settings allow calls to your cell. Our device help page offers personalized steps to resolve phone disruptions. Sign in to your AT&T account then select the Make and Model and follow the prompts.
If this is a isolated event, have you attempted to reach out to the management of your community for further instructions on how to reset your code?As this may just be happening with you on their end.

Hi Alasani,
My phone is getting every other calls/texts. it is only the call from the directory box at the entrance of our gated community that seems to be the issue. It used to work too. just suddenly stopped.
i went to my iphone's cellular data options and it only shows i can turn on Data Roaming, Low Data Mode, and Limit IP Address Tracking. I cannot find anything about LTE.
Yes i have reached out and they said it is a carrier issue. :(
I spoke to someone at att yesterday. Who tried adding a WAP Push feature. After resetting my phone it still was not able to dial from the directory box. They said a supervisor would call me but they never did.

it turned out the call box itself was faulty. Not an ATT issue for me!
