Other people cannot hear me while on my phone. Either they hear nothing or it is garbled.

Thanks for reaching out. Is this your mobile device or a landline? If this is a mobile device, completely power down your device for thirty seconds before turning it back on again. If the restart doesn't help could you let us know the type of device this is?

I have restarted BOTH of the iPhone SEs in the house as they are both garbled & we cant be heard most of the time. ATT reset provisioning, retripped activation & reregistered. Shut down both phones for 15 minutes to no avail. Phones work enough for us to be heard if we go outside or while driving. Very frustrated & uncomfortable that we can’t rely on our service. Would appreciate any help! Thank you.
Thanks for the information. Do you have the AT&T Mark the Spot app on your devices? If not, please add it. You can use it to directly report dropped calls and service issues. The app can also keep you informed on known service issues and upcoming wireless infrastructure improvements.
From your description, it sounds like there's a service issue around your house. Information from the app will help it be investigated.
