Emergency calls only
Please HELP! I'm disabled, home alone except my dogs, and don't have a home phone. I also have surgery scheduled for Friday and it's necessary for me to make several calls in the next couple of days, this is scary. I just tried to make a call to my grandson who is supposed to be with me after surgery, and got the "emergency calls only" message on my phone. I then tried to call customer care with the same result. My bill is paid....what is going on, and how do I fix it?

never mind, after I posted it occurred to me to try turning my phone off and back on.....that did the trick. I'm able to use it again, thank GOD.

I am in Georgi and I keep getting the Emergency call only. My bill is paid. Turn the phone off and on, also took battery out. Any suggestions. Anyone in the snellville area with the same problem?

Call customer service from another phone. You could send a message to @ATTMobilityCare, but it could be days before you hear back from them.
