DO NOT SIGN UP WITH AT&T!!!

I use my phone for work which I absolutely need service in the city which shouldn't be asking too much but apparently it is! Now this is affecting me making money to support my family not to mention pay the $100 per month phone bill! Since I am still paying on my phone I am stuck with this worthless company! I NEVER had any service problems with Metro PCS which is owned by Verizon and my bill was only $60 per month with ACTUALLY UNLIMITED DATA! Best believe the second I pay off my phone I will be switching back! By the way, cell service with At&t used to be really good but at this point I am just soo frustrated that even if they do get it together I am done.

And there are millions of very happy AT&T customers who have had nothing good to say about T-Mobile or Verizon... So?

By the way Metro PCS is owned by T-Mobile not Verizon.  It's literally called "Metro by T-Mobile"

And it is a prepaid service provider not a postpaid service provider. If you want all the fringe benefits that include phone installments, you pay extra for postpaid service.

Hello @JayFoxx, this is not the experience we want you to have. We're happy to help with troubleshooting steps to help resolve your connectivity concerns.

If you are having disruptions with calls or connecting to the wireless AT&T network, check the coverage at your location for availability in your area:

  1. Go to the AT&T Network Coverage Map.
  2. Enter an address, state, or ZIP Code, and select the search icon. We'll show you what type of coverage is available.

Get the latest device software to make sure you have the latest features and device protection options.

  1. Go to Device Support.
  2. Choose or change the device brand and model.
  3. Select Device diagram.
  4. Scroll to More Device Help and select Software updates if it’s there. You’ll only see it if there’s an update for the selected device.

In additon, get device help with our Device support tool. Start by signing in to run real-time diagnostics and then clicking "start" and then follow the prompts.

Meet us back here with the results of the Device support tool if you still have questions, and we'll be happy to further assist with troubleshootimg options. Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.
