DNS settings update with AT&T

Hello, I'm a systems administrator for our district school system.  We've changed our DNS on our mail servers about 5 days ago during an exchange upgrade. We are receiving calls about users not being able to log in to their mail on their home wireless. It seems that this is only true so far with users that have AT&T as their ISP.

 

Could a DNS admin possibly help me get our new DNS updated?
