Disaster Response: AT&T Service Outage

Mobile, TV, or Internet Service Down?

We know service is important. If your mobile, TV, or internet service is down, please know our field teams are working as diligently and safely as possible to restore service.

The amount of damage and severity of impacts will affect how quickly we can restore service and we appreciate your patience during this time. We remain committed to keeping our customers, their families, and the public safety community connected.

Power Outages

Areas impacted by major disasters may experience significant power outages. If so, our teams will deploy generators to keep our sites working and keep in constant contact with local utility providers and everyone is working to get service back up and running. Check your local power companies' website for information regarding outages

We had a hurricane and I know I have an outage, because my internet doesn’t work. What I want to know is why other internet providers did not lose service to their customers, but att did and still has not repaired the issue.
