Customer Service Very Poor
ATT is full of Empty Promises.
So I have had connection issues for 6 months with ATT. I have called numerous times, probably 7, and I have spent hours, probably 10 hours or more trying to resolve this issue. We have Business Lines since my husband and I are both independent contractors in different fields. We use and depend on our phones to run our businesses. I have been told and promised by 3 reps now from att, on 3 different occasions, that they would return my call after resetting my service. I was finally told by one of the agents that it is a tower issue in my area. So on the last phone call I as told I should purchase a cell phone booster at $229. I was told by the representative Melissa, that she would call me back the next day at 10 am to get the receipt information to reimburse me. Well 10 am has came and went. It is now 315pm and now call, text, or even an email.
ATT is full of Empty Promises.
If I ran my business this way, I would never be successful. I guess they tell their reps to just say what the customers want to hear, and then leave it at that. No Follow Through. No Accountability!! Sad that this is how they treat their customers

Connectivity on the road is not guaranteed by any service provider. I work as a pet care provider, petsitting dog walks that sort of thing when I'm on the road between houses, I drive through areas where there is no cellular service. There are dead zones for all carriers, and there are dead zones just for one or two carriers. I live in an area that is at least until recently a dead zone for T-Mobile.
Prior to this recent change if I were a T-Mobile customer complaining about lack of service at home would be my problem. And I should be looking for a new cell phone carrier. If AT&T it doesn't work for you pay off your phones and switch to a different service provider.

Irrelevant Post.
To: formerlyknownas:
You're missing the point .
Point: they are not following thru with what they say. They make a commitment and don't keep it.
