For the cruise itself, the best option is leave your phone in airplane mode when onboard. ATT does have a cruise plan but it is expensive and doesn’t offer much data. You are better off using the cruise ship’s WiFi and WiFi calling. As for Bermuda, your options are the international day pass or pay per use rates.
