Covid-19 question #2 pertaining to Wireless Home Internet

The answer to on of my previous questions was "During #COVID19 we are waiving internet data overage for the customers who do not have unlimited home internet access." Which I appreciate very much.

My next questions are: Will this be automatically be applied? or will I need to attempt to call-in and ask for an adjustment?

Thank you,

C.Courtright

That is a great question @courtrigc!

We can help with questions about waiving data overages. Eligible customers on plans with caps that incur overage charges can request that those be waived. You will want to contact our online support in order for agents to issue an adjustment in the amount of the wireless overage charge.

If the overages have not yet billed, then we suggest that you visit waive overage fee to see if charges have been applied. Waiving these charges are just for plans that bill overage (voice, text, data)...even mobile Hotspot or tethering.

We hope this info helps.
