Coverage in West Kentucky

My wife and I live and work in the western Kentucky area I work for the post office and am required to travel on occasion. My home office is in Smithland Kentucky and there is very little if any signal in the area. Recently another at&t customer complained that it was easier to go knock on the door of the 911 office than trying to call. We have been without service in the area for several days in our area, I know Smithland is and probably not the biggest issue but from our home in Ledbetter just 3 miles outside of Paducah Kentucky there has been absolutely zero to very little signal. We have 2 children 1 with asthma issues and the other severe allergies, if something was to happen we cannot even call for help. When will the towers in the 42058 area be back operational?

Greetings @DLynn09,

We're sorry to hear that you're having little to any kind of signal whatsoever in your area. We do see that there is service interruption in the 42058 area.

The Planned Restoral is set out to be on 2/17/2020 but, please be mindful this isn't necessarily the date that it will be resolved. However, we're working on getting this restored for you.

If you have any additional questions or concerns please don't hesitate to ask.
