Could call and receive calls please help

My husband is cancer surviver and senior citizen needs his cellphone to talk to the doctor all the time . Unfortunately he couldn't call and receive calls to his cellphone now. I am disabled person and have the same issue with my cellphone phone. We need to stay home because we are in high risk group. We try to call customer service after a long waiting time we were disconnected.We are att customers for many years ,please help .

We'll need some more details in order for us to better assist you:

  • How long has this been going on?
  • What is the make and model of the cell phones that you're using?
  • What is the zip code for the area where you're experiencing this issue?
  • Also, what happens exactly when you try to make a phone call?
  • Are you getting any error messages?

Thanks for offering help. We have 2 phones.my husband Lenovo l78051 and my Huawei. When we call somebody we can see dialling message on the screen and there is no ring tone and in couple of seconds call drops . When people try to reach as the same situation,they don't here any connection or one ring and call go strait to the message. We can get during the day one or two call and the same we can make successful couple of calls from our site. Our ZIP: 08831. This situation we have already for couple of weeks. Please help!!!

We are sorry you are having difficulty making/receiving calls.

 

 

It may be that there is a network congestion at your area as this has become common due to many people staying at home. You can check the status of your connection to see if your area has been impacted.

Also, did you attempt  troubleshooting issues with making or receiving calls? that might help to resolve your call concerns.

We are also curious to know if you experience an improvement in connection moving to other sites.

In the meantime, please use Wi-Fi calling to make all the important connections you need at this time.

We did all the troubleshooting steps. Still having issue. Is it any possibility to connect to customer service. Please ,we 2 disable person and need our phones working properly.
