Consistent dropped calls at home on iPhones

We have been experiencing roughly 95% dropped calls on all four of our phones at home for months. Two iPhone 8's, one 8+, and one 7. ATT is at a loss. Is it possible that OS X 12 cause connectivity issues, because the timing is suspect. We NEVER had this problem until this past summer. We have rock solid, very fast wifi, and it doesn't seem to make a difference. Wifi calls fail as well when on Airplane mode. Sometimes the phones won't let us make calls in Airplane mode. This is very aggravating to say the least. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Why would your Macintosh OS X have anything to do with this?  Besides the fact that it's three generations old?

How are you determining this?

Ace,

I apparently mistyped on my original post. What I meant was  iOS 12 on my phone.

I have an Uniquiti UniFi Mesh system installed that I monitor very closely.  The issue at hand occurs on all four of our iPhones, not just mine. We are a high tech household and have a great many devices operating on our system, none of which have any connectivity issues. I feel fairly confident that we can rule out Wi-Fi issues as the culprit.
