Complaint

I need to file a formal complaint!  The reps that AT&T has working overseas are misinformed, do not know what they are doing and are not friendly.  Perfect example is I asked to add a $70 plan to my account and when they were done with the order, I asked to add another plan to another one of the lines.  The response I received was "Are you going to add anything else to any other line because I can just do it at the same time!".  I am a past employee for AT&T, and I not only worked as a service representative, I also trained employees, and was a manager at a call center.  I know that this is not the way AT&T wants to treat their customers.  This is a prime reason why people leave, customer service is important, and if a customer does not get it, they will leave to a company that will provide it.

The response I received was "Are you going to add anything else to any other line because I can just do it at the same time!".

While I don't understand your issue, feel free to file a complaint with the BBB.

@skeeterintexas When a service rep is bothered by me ordering additional services, that's a problem for AT&T..

They never offered anything, they were ready to hang up and were bothered by the fact that I wanted to order something else.

Thats because those call centers are payed on volume not quality.  That is how all overseas call centers work.  Its not right but its how it is these days.
