Cellular Signal

I have noticed in the last month that my cell service has declined greatly. I used to have full signal at my house (30520) but now it is close to nothing. It isn't just at my house either. If I go to my folks house (30557) half of the trip I have no signal. It isn't just my phone either.

Are you experiencing service issues today (July 16th)? What kind of phone do you have? Is this affecting calls, texts, data usage or all three? Have you tried any troubleshooting? With more details, we'll have a better idea of how to proceed.

I am indeed still having issues. Whereas I used to have full signal, now I only have around one bar to half at best around my house. My wife and I both have a Motorola G7 (fully updated to Android 10). My folks have Motorola E4 plus. This issue affects calls, texts, and data. The data isn't a big issue at my house as I have wifi. However, the trip to my folks house (25 minutes or so) is a bit of an issue as I don't have signal for half of it (the 30557 half). As far as troubleshooting, this is an issue that is affecting at least 4 different phones. How can it be troubleshooted?

We checked again and the towers near you still appear normal. Concerning troubleshooting, it does not matter how many devices are having the trouble. It may be that the network settings have changed and your device(s) will need to be updated.
