Cellular Service / Server down

My cellular service has not worked properly, if at all since 12/08/2021. I have restarted my phone, reset the network settings, turned cellular service off/on. I spoke with my local AT&T store on 12/11/2021 and they told me to reset my network settings at least 10 times - and that this was a result of the Amazon server that went down early in the week of 12/05/2021 - 12/11/2021. When will this issue be resolved? I am unable to use my phone unless I am connected to wifi and even then I rarely can send a message to someone with an IPhone.

Thanks, SK

Hello @,

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why your cellular service hasn't been working properly.

Would you kindly provide us with the zip code for the area where you're experiencing this issue, so that we can investigate this further?

We'll be patiently awaiting your response.

Hi  ShelbyK, let's look into why your relative is having cellular service issues.

If your relative lives in the 79765 zip code, at this time there isn't any type of service issues in that area.

We suggest that they reset the network setting to refresh a connection to the network. Settings icon > scroll to and select General management > select Reset > Reset network settings > Reset settings > select Reset to confirm.

If they continue to experience issues with their service use our Troubleshooting and Resolve Tool to help further with a fix.

We hope this information helps, and thank you for reaching out to the AT&T Community Forums.
