Cellular Data not working despite full bars and "5Ge" symbol up top

For a couple weeks now here in Portland Oregon my phone has become borderline useless. I have the Galaxy S10+, billing is up to date and on an unlimited data plan. I can't use any apps that use data, text, or call unless I reset network settings and reset the phone, then I get maybe 10 minutes of it working before it's back to being garbage. Only time it works properly is on Wi-Fi. I know it's not the phone, I have tried EVERYTHING short of a factory reset. 3 other coworkers I know who have ATT are having the same exact problem. I am missing important calls and messages, and am paying a ton of money for basically a calculator with a flashlight on it. WHAT IS GOING ON ATT?

Hello @NateCarey,

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into these issues that you've been experiencing with your wireless service.

Would you kindly provide us with the zip code for the area, so that we can investigate this further? Also, when do these issues usually occur? Are you typically unable to use your cellular service indoors, outdoors, or both?

Please let us know.

In the meantime, we recommend using our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool to fix this. Simply select your device and the issue, then follow the steps to find a solution.

We hope this helps and look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Hi @NateCarey,

Thank you for reaching back. We understand how frustrating this must be for you.

We have checked our towers near you and they all look to be working properly. At this point, we recommend you use the Mark the Spot tool to report this poor service signal and continue to use Wi-Fi calling in the meantime. We also suggest you try changing your SIM card at a local AT&T store.

Let us know if this helps
