Cellphone Signal problems in 30024

I recently switched to AT&T, and found out that reception in 30024-2716 has the worst reception i have ever seen. I use AT&T given cellphone devices and they are brand new. iPhone 11, Galaxy Note 10, Pixel 4 XL.

Everytime we call AT&T they give us an excuse "your building materials may cause interferences... " I have been using other services in the same area and I have never seen this issue ever before. Interesting enough I am a professional network engineer, and I clearly know what causes the interference with cellphone reception, and what does not. Does anyone know how to deal with these people?

Once they gave me the case number, and they provided no updates on that case whatsoever!!!! Once i was told that the tower in your area is under maintenance/upgrade. It has been 7 months and its still under maintenance/upgrade i guess!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for reaching out. We understand the frustration associated with having sub-optimal network signal.

 

We found 2 towers degraded and another set new towers being constructed in your area. The degraded towers are scheduled to be back up today but it may take longer for the new towers to be fully functional.

 

In the meantime, please use our WiFi calling feature to boost your signal strength and the Mark the Spot tool to report the network incidents

After numerous trials to get in touch with AT&T customer service centers, I have decided to post here in the forum to aware others of buying AT&T services in this area of 30024-2716.

Thanks for the response. However, we got this information since November 27, 2019. The case number for this incident is 143819683. This case was closed knowingly that 2 towers being degraded and another set new towers being constructed in 30024-2716. We experience this network issue since Nov 2019. This is not a new issue/ticket. AT&T Mark The Spot app also shows that there are some technical issues in this area, but provide us the estimated time to get resolved. We have been waiting since November 2019 to get this resolved.
