Cell Tower problems - 95825 zip in Sacramento (Near Howe and Fair Oaks

We are getting terrible audio problems with our cell phones when we are at home. Problem is new and severe. We both work at home so it has MAJOR consequences as we cannot work.

Can you fix it? Has anyone else been affected by this?
