Cell Tower Outage – Learn if there is a mobile or wireless phone outage in your area

Solutions & Things to Know from AT&T Regard Your Service

 

Is there an outage or something else going on?

Checking for an outage is easy, all you need to do is enter the address of your current location.

Network Coverage 

Did you just arrive in a new location? Are you camping? In the middle of nowhere? If the above did not help or explain the loss of service, You can see if there are towers or coverage in your area with AT&T's Coverage Map.

 

Learn how to fix your phone without calling in

Sometimes fixing your phone is as easy as turning it off and turning it back on. Or, you can also toggle Airplane Mode on and off. Check out more solutions below. 

 

It could be a simple fix

Is it the building you are in?

Is it your SIM?

Poor or no service?

Toggle AIrplane mode Some buildings do not allow phone signals. 

Take it out and reinsert it.

Reset your network
It will resync you to the AT&T network Learn what you can do to combat this. Sometimes it is dislodged after a drop. Recommended only after performing the steps prior.
