Solutions & Things to Know from AT&T Regard Your Service
Is there an outage or something else going on?
Checking for an outage is easy, all you need to do is enter the address of your current location.
- Sign in to AT&T's Outage Information site or enter your address to check for possible issues in your area
Network Coverage
Did you just arrive in a new location? Are you camping? In the middle of nowhere? If the above did not help or explain the loss of service, You can see if there are towers or coverage in your area with AT&T's Coverage Map.
Learn how to fix your phone without calling in
Sometimes fixing your phone is as easy as turning it off and turning it back on. Or, you can also toggle Airplane Mode on and off. Check out more solutions below.
