Cell service horrible in and around Jefferson City Missouri

Working here on business for the past 5 weeks. Have roughly another 5 to 10 weeks to go. My cell service is constantly dropping or saying  no service. I don't have this issue in FL. Inhave never had such horrible connectivity before. Even through hurricanes I had better service. What is going on with Att cell service in Missouri? Is there anything I can do?

We'd like to share our suggestive tips and tools for strengthening your connection to the network with you, @.


You'll want to reset your network setting to refresh your connection to the network.

    • iPhone: Settings>General>Reset>Reset network settings
    • Android: Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset network settings

Visit our wireless support article and select "Fix an Issue". Then choose your device and navigate to Connection>Internet and allow the troubleshooting to began. This tool will provide you with our top solutions. 


When near WiFi, WiFi Calling is a helpful feature when experiencing dropped calls and difficulties sending/receiving text messages.


Also, you can access our wireless coverage page and check the coverage supported in your area. Our outage support page will show you how to check for any service outages
