Cell Phone Tower Noise
I have lived next to (around 500 ft from) a cell phone tower for three years. We have never had any issues, until the last few weeks. There now is a high-pitched, constant noise being emitted from the tower. Just loud enough that I can hear it inside our home from rooms that face the tower. I'm losing my mind!
Who can I contact about this? Is there a way to report the noise to AT&T? Do I need to contact the city government? Help!
