Can’t make calls in Milwaukee, WI 53216

I seem to be getting an increase in dropped calls in certain areas for almost 2 months. Now I can’t make outgoing calls. This is extremely frustrating. What’s going on with ATT service in this area?

After further review of our coverage map, I've confirmed that there's a "severely degraded" tower located near the Milwaukee area that may be causing the service interruptions. Looks like the outage started on 12/07/2022 and is currently under observation status with a resolution date 12/13/2022 - 12/15/2022.
