Bad Service

I live  in Florida just south of Tampa.  I have had the  worse service with ATT sense moving here.... I have been a customer sense the day of "the phone in a bag"  .. so yes very long time.  I never had a problem when living in Michigan.  I moved here, I even brought the M-cell to try and help.  I will have full bar  with that and still have horrible  phone calls.  Most times people can't hear me, other times we all sound like robots....  I have been waiting for all the contracts on my bill (3 lines) to finish up and have been looking to change to Verizon.    The other day we got a message saying "OH great  news,  you can  probably be  able to not use your M-cells anymore our service is that much better!"  Really???   I have NO bars  when I unplug that so how  can you say our service is so much better?   Between that bad reception and ALL the unwanted calls  I am so ready to just change.   Yes my list blocked list  is MILES long!    If you can tell  my things will be getting better in the next few months then I will hold off changing..  but  if not I will have to say good by to ATT after more then 30 years!
