Lately my cell service has had bad reception

Lately my att cell service has been terrible. People can't here me very well, pictures either take forever to send or won't send att all. I have a newer phone so I don't think it is a phone issue. Is any one else in western Wa expierencing similar problems?

Hi, @Noahzon2011,

We'd love to help with this. If you haven't yet, completely power down your device for thirty seconds before turning it back on again. This should try to force your device to connect to a stronger signal.

You can use the AT&T Mark the Spot app to directly report dropped calls and connectivity issues. The app can also keep you informed on known service issues and upcoming area infrastructure improvements.

I've been having the same issues in the South East. They sent another SIM card but the same issues remain. Sometimes texts aren't even sending. Whenever I travel alternative routes I completely lose service but only allowed to make emergency calls only. At times that happens in random locations where I have to make multiple calls before it goes through. Also I have a newer phone.
