Attempting to Dial an AT+T Wireless Customer
I represent a company that has SIP interconnect to both VZ and AT+T. We are attempting to contact a customer who subscribes to AT+T wireless, but the call is getting rejected. I am attempting to determine if it is being rejected at the user/phone equipment or by the AT+T wireless network. We hand it off to VZ and they have confirmed that the call reject is coming from AT+T. What AT+T wireless entity can I pursue this with?
Thank You

Hello 36524x7, let's get you pointed in the right direction for support.
In order to address this concern have the AT&T customer reach out to AT&T. Advise them to have your phone number, provider and exact error message, so that we can relay the information to our Techs.

If you have confirmed that the call reject is coming from AT+T, then you can reach out to their customer service or technical support team to investigate the issue further. You can explain the situation and provide them with any relevant details you have, such as the phone number you are trying to reach and the error message you are receiving.
AT+T has a dedicated customer service line for wireless customers that you can contact at 1-800-331-0500. They also have a technical support line for businesses that you can reach at 1-800-321-2000. When you contact them, make sure to have all the necessary information ready to help expedite the resolution process. Good luck!

OK, thank you Carlton and KamaalJeim,
I'm going to pursue the technical support numbers myself as we are trying to keep this seamless for the customer, hopefully. Thus far it has been that factor that has caused the most issue in getting this reported to the correct group of people.
Thanks Much,
Dave

Thanks again. I'm going to leave it up to the customer who has the phone and the AT&T Wireless service to call in the issue. It's too difficult to do when trying to call in an issue on somebody else's phone.
Thank You,
Dave
