ATT monitors their towers closely. If a tower is out, they know.

Hello @Abox, we understand the importance of having a good connection. We're happy to help with troubleshooting steps to resolve your service concerns.

Looking for outages at your location? Sign in to get the latest info about outages affecting your AT&T services. Plus, you can sign up for text alert updates. Thank you, @sandblaster for the information provided.

  • Also, utilizing Wi-Fi calling during times with a poor connection can help. If you are using Wi-Fi Calling in the Domestic Coverage Area and HD Voice coverage is available, your call will switch to cellular and continue without a break when your Wi-Fi connection is lost.

In addition, if you are experiencing disruptions with your service and connectivity. We recommend visiting our AT&T Wireless Troubleshooting tool to get step-by-step instructions to resolving connectivity concerns. Start by signing in to your AT&T account, then follow the prompts.

Meet us back here with the results of the troubleshooting tool if you still have questions. Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.

@ATTHelp

The area has 0 services as its remote. I dont have wifi at the property. It typically gets 1 bar lte service. I have no way to login and share my location on a website when i have no coverage.

I wish att had a way to recommend areas that need better coverage as that service was removed for some reason.
