ATT tower #11542 located at 8971 View Park Road, Port Orchard, WA

The tower near our home has (2) very bright flashing lights on this tower. It was always red flashing at night for the past 25 years. It is very annoying and makes it difficult to sleep at night. This has been going on for over 10 days now. Please check into this as all my neighbors feel the same way, that this has a significant negative effect on our property values and negatively effects are way of life...PLEASE HELP
