I have tried troubleshooting it and it will not let me troubleshoot that specific device.

I have factory reset it. Took out the sim to ensure it is clean. Took out the battery while on. It appears to be disconnected on atts end. I cannot click the red disconnected thing on the diagnosis page when I go the the routers web page. I have had this for a few years and never had issues.

It's been a week, and the issue is everything on the router is green and I have 2-3 bars on the signal. I hook my mac or phone it and it pairs but then will say connected with no internet. At that point I can only access the att.internt hub thing that tells me about the router. I tried to troubleshoot from my phone and mac with no luck. I even tried to stick the sim in a phone and it says 4g but then in the settings it says please change to global to access internet but the settings were locked and I couldn't change anything.
