AT&T Mobile Share Plan Affected by Hurricane
Hi, I noticed that AT&T is giving out credits to the families that were severely affected and that's absolutely great, but my data is severely slow, taking ten minutes to load one website, and I haven't gone over or gotten a notification on it. I live in Chattooga County, GA and it's been like this ever since we got the minor blowback from the hurricane
Monday or Tuesday, and still hasn't been fixed. However, we aren't one of the places offered credits so my question is, are we paying for data that we aren't even getting? I can't even load one page. I have to retry like eight times which is using data, just to get it to load, even when my phone says LTE.
