AT&T mobile data unusable
I'm not sure what happened but over the last month we have noticed that our mobile data is completely useless. We have coverage but it's almost as if we have no connection. We can make phone calls but that's about it. Can't send anything on iMessage and no websites/apps load. We are on the unlimited elite plan with relatively new iPhones. I have reset network settings, checked the cellular settings and made sure mobile data is on. I've tried LTE and 5G and nothing works. As soon as I connect to WiFi, it's all good. Any fixes here? The service has become so terrible I'm considering switching at this point.
Service ZIP code 75182, 75230, 75228. Basically all over the Dallas area we are having this problem.
