At&t blames the phone
All I EVER get is, try resetting your network settings or turn off your phone and turn it back on again.
It's NEVER the servers according to at&t, ever. I have a $1300 phone that can't even load emails sometimes, same place my 3 year old phone worked just fine. Trouble shot this issue for about 2 months now, no solution on my own or with at&t. 5G+ pulls MAYBE 5mbps if I am lucky. Data works at 2% MAYBE 5% of the time I'm trying to use it... but my phone bill is still 100% cost.
In the country I'm told oh your not in good service area (worked fine on my old phone) in the city I'm told ohbwell the towers are overloaded... so why am I being charged for premium service with sup par service actually given to me?!? This is RIDICULOUS and at&t is NO HELP. Heck my speed is SO SLOW that a speed test only recognized that I was ON at&t servers 2 out of 10 times, the rest just says slow data can't connect.
