At&t blames the phone

All I EVER get is, try resetting your network settings or turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

It's NEVER the servers according to at&t, ever. I have a $1300 phone that can't even load emails sometimes, same place my 3 year old phone worked just fine. Trouble shot this issue for about 2 months now, no solution on my own or with at&t. 5G+ pulls MAYBE 5mbps if I am lucky. Data works at 2% MAYBE 5% of the time I'm trying to use it... but my phone bill is still 100% cost.

In the country I'm told oh your not in good service area (worked fine on my old phone) in the city I'm told ohbwell the towers are overloaded... so why am I being charged for premium service with sup par service actually given to me?!? This is RIDICULOUS and at&t is NO HELP.  Heck my speed is SO SLOW that a speed test only recognized that I was ON at&t servers 2 out of 10 times, the rest just says slow data can't connect.

So let's see if I get this straight. You're using the same service provider, you're in the same area, the towers would be the same, so the only thing that's different is your old phone worked and your new one doesn't.

Sure sounds like a phone problem to me too. If your phone is under warranty have it replaced.
