Any Advice on Reaching AT&T Business Support?
Hi folks: I've been trying to reach the business support people in order to get an AT&T Cell Booster or Cell Booster Pro.
I've called the business # multiple times (800-581-4741), but the automated system puts me on hold and then hangs up.
I've also gone into the local AT&T store and have called the Wireless Support #, but both of these refer me to the Business # where they're hanging up each time I call.

It is not a true cell booster. It is an LTE microcell. It requires wired home or business internet in order to function just like the previous 3G microcell. If you already have internet service, Wi-Fi calling is free.
This new MicroCell does not discriminate. Anyone with an AT&T phone will be able to connect when in range and use the device. The regular cell booster can handle up to eight users at a time. The cell Booster Pro I'm sure handles quite a bit more but I didn't check the specs to see how many users it can handle at one time.
These are devices for voice service. Data is still traveling over your internet connection.
