Airtel roaming in USA, issue with voice calls
Hi There!
I am having issues with making or receiving calls. I landed here in the US yesterday. I have tried switch off and on, reset the network settings and also have pulled out the SIM and inserted it back again. Nothing helped yet. I am receiving SMSs but no calls. Can you please help me. My phone is Pixel 2, which is a supported phone with ATT.

Your pixel 2 likely is not a US model, and therefore is not voice over LTE compatible. Since LTE is the minimum Network, AT&T has no 2g or 3G network, you have no voice calls.
You can check the imei, and check your model number against the list in the bottom link.

I have read the some Airtel customers have to update their plan to roam and or SIM to connect to AT&T now. Contact Airtel to determine if you need to update either.
