About my email and number

My Instagram account was hacked by some Nigerian. He has my phone number and email and name. I got a message from you guys from the AT&T armor that my number is on the dark web along with my old email address that’s been on there for God knows how long now. I don’t even have the password to that email and haven’t used it in years because I forgot the password I’ll use [email scrubbed] but now this piece of trash that stole my Instagram account has my phone number on the dark web, which I will not change my phone number. I’ve had it for almost 30 years now and I won’t change it because I’m chrome like this, stole it, and stole my whole Instagram account, which I am working on trying to get back now.
